While we love that sustainability is trendy now, we’ve prioritized it since before it was cool. Decades ago, we founded Wings Hawaii on a mission to upcycle vintage treasures into new pieces of art, and to create original pieces using eco-friendly materials and methods. From repurposing vintage fabrics, to ethically sourcing our shells and recycled metals, to reusing every extra scrap we can, we live and breathe eco-consciousness in all aspects of Wings.

Wings Hawaii has been through a LOT over the years, and we wouldn't change a thing. Here, the OG trifecta (Sam, Melody, Becky) share their thoughts on some pivotal moments in Wings history.  2002 – Wings Hawaii is born!  Sam: I just really enjoyed making things for myself and friends. I remember not having a lot of money, but wanting cute clothes. I could afford a piece of fabric, or use an old tablecloth or curtain of my mom’s. The challenge was juggling school responsibilities, sailing team commitments, and finding time to make the shirts my friends were getting orders...
