Shipping & returns

Shipping

Orders ship from Maui within 5 to 7 business days by USPS. Pieces made to order can take up to 14 days.

Shipping is free in the US on orders over $150. For smaller orders, and for orders outside the US, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Any sales tax is shown there too.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Deliveries outside the US, to rural addresses and around the holidays can take longer.

Your order

We email you as soon as your order is placed. If that email hasn't arrived within a day, contact us and we'll check your order.

Need to change something? Contact us as soon as you can. A paid order that's cancelled carries a cancellation fee.

If a piece sells out before we can send it, we'll email you and refund it.

Returns and exchanges

Also: swimwear can't be returned. Items must be unworn and unaltered, with tags attached. Exchanges are for items of equal or lesser value. Put your order number in the package. Store credit can take up to 10 business days.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit refund, returns must be initiated within the two week window following order delivery. Food, opened body care products, undergarments, discounted items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return. Order shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Return item must be send back in the same condition that it was received - unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. If the item has arrived damaged or missing parts, please reach out so an assessment can be made.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible for an exchange or store credit for the value of the item. If the order was not marked as a gift when purchased and the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, the exchange or store credit will be provided to the purchasing party. 

Proof of purchase -- receipt or order confirmation email -- is required to process a return.

Once the return item has been received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent with a status update.

Customer will be responsible for return shipping. Items damaged or lost in return transit are the responsibility of the customer, not Wings Hawaii. Be sure to package merchandise safely and with a tracking number. Insurance is recommended for contents valued over $100.
