Balm is more solid, and Whip is light and fluffy. Balm is suitable to be carried around in HOT CLIMATE , to leave in car without melting everywhere, but is very hard almost solid in the cold. Whip is light and fluffy . It makes a great LIP MASK for overnight use.. suitable for winter time and COLD CLIMATE.
Apply gently to lips as much as needed.
Apply to rough patches of skin such as knees and elbows.
